Events & venues multi-platform marketing
The Jockey Club London region consists of 3 famous racecourses - Sandown Park, Epsom Downs and Kempton Park. Whilst best known for hosting thrilling race days, the courses all offer extensive business and hospitality facilities and events. Following within the overall Jockey Club brand guidelines, marketing for both race days and venues involved creating exciting and engaging creative across both print and digital touch points.
Corporate away days & team building
The location and scale of the Jockey Club London region venues makes them the perfect place for corporate days and team building events. Each course has it's own unique offerings, such as sky-walk adventure courses, go-karting, golf, dry slope skiing, inflatable games and on-site accomodation. Over the years a number of marketing campaigns were created, each covering the region as a whole and more localised promotion of the three individual courses.




The 'Business Adventures' campaign used striking silhouette focal images with blue tones which complimented the Jockey Club brand gold. The layouts were kept structured with package details and prices clearly highlighted, with colourful and inviting supporting photography.
The campaign was adapted over various printed media formats such as brochures, flyers and pop-up banners, as well as digital adverts, banners and email footers.

Festive events



Each year themed Christmas and New Year parties are held at all three of the London region racecourses. The theme changes year to year, with each location having it's own theme and a range of dates are available to book private or shared parties. Three creative styles were produced each year to fit the theme for Sandown Park, Epsom Downs and Kempton Park. Whilst the Jockey Club main brand elements stayed consistent, the creative concepts for the festive season moved towards a more fun and illustrative style, which was better suited to the target booking demographic. It also allowed for high flexibility in utilising graphic elements across a host of print, large format and digital platforms, as well as interior decor for each event.




Business to business marketing
Sandown Park, Epsom Downs and Kempton Park all boast fantastic facilities for hosting meetings, conferences and exhibitions. Various promotional campaigns were created to advertise the venues to specific business markets, with creative being adapted to work across printed material such as adverts, roadside banners and flyers, along with digital touch points on large screen displays, web banners and emailers. The creative used strong eye-catching photography and bold typography consistent with the Jockey Club brand to produce high impact visuals and messaging.





Race days
The creative for race day promotion varied between photographic and illustrative to best suit the type of event and the target demographic, as well as to line up with the Jockey Club brand which evolved over the years. The common element throughout all race day marketing was high impact visuals to grab attention and capture the essence of each racing event. Each campaign was adapted across a range of small and large format print along with digital assets for online marketing.
